被告知中國人EB1名額已用光!!!

上周給移民局打電話,被告知我們就差得到一個VISA名額了,但是中國人EB1名額已用光.被告之,可能四月可能十月再有名額.
我知道每個EB中國人一年最多2800名額,根據我的估算(),過去兩個月,中國人EB1名額應該已被用了超過一千.
