Relinking may not work somtimes. It is safe to file a new I485 on your EB1 although it will spend more money.

But before you file your I485, they to uall US attorney and ask him to speed your case and he will transfer your emails to Immigratrion Office. If this does not work after one or two months. Try filing new I485.
