咋這麽慢呀？１１月初 遞的H1B申請(Vermont)，現在還沒批。

去年8月開始的大學助理教授。H1B visa application 沒有用Premium。USCIS(Vermont)給的Case Status 上說他們 November 5, 20007 收到我的H1B申請。現在他們網站上的Processing Time for I-129 (Petition for non-immigration worker)都已經是 December 17, 2007了. 怎麽我的Case 還麽有批呀？真急呀。
