究竟這個processing time有多重要?請問xiaobaitu,pjiang and other experts

每個月都會update,很多人說不用太當回事.到現在我也沒明白這個processing date 是什麽意思.是到目前為止他們已經處理完畢的申請的日期還是下個月他們要處理的申請的截止日期呢?
