Use H4 stamp for re-entry

１． 在還沒收到ＡＰ，但又Ｈ４　ｐｅｎｄｉｎｇ　情況下，我離境是否會影響我的Ｉ－４８５申請？
Your COS H4 may be considered abandoned. But not affect 485 if you use H4 stamp (consulate) for reentry.

２． 再入境時，我是否隻能在中國申請Ｈ４　簽證？如果我在離境後收到ＡＰ，能否將ＡＰ寄到中國，我再入境用？
It's always advised not to use AP for re-entry in your situation. Use H4 stamp.

３． 我準備每年回美兩次，每次１－２　周，其他時間會在中國工作。做為副申請人，這樣會導致我的Ｉ－４８５被拒嗎？（我先生做為主申請人，一年中會多於半年在美國）。
Not a problem at all. This is not a ground to put your 485 in jeopardy.
