NSC EB3 approved (Priority: 10/2001)

LC applied in October, 2001, Approved in late September 2005
140 approved in early February, 2006
485 filed in September, 2006, Approved in February 28, 2008

No LUD before receiving approval email.
I believe my case was approved based on Memo. I wrote letters to senators and was told NC is still pending for me.
