I don't know but please calm down and list you status as detail as possible so other experts here can advice, all I have is moral support, so please calm down and share your information in detail, all you've posted is your GC, NC and AP pending, that's not detail enough.

Things I can think of are
current visa status, F1? H1? others?
GC type: employment based or family based?

Also pick up phone and call your lawyer, it's time to spend some consultation fee for such important issue.
