not necessary, the Court and AUSA have no idea what's priority date, they will just push USCIS to work on your case, and if PD is not current, then USCIS will forward to AUSA.

Very likely USCIS will adjudicate your case BEFORE the March Meeting, AUSA just hate to go this kind of meeting (贏了沒什麽到不了,可輸了就對他們的簡曆不利)
