法院離婚協議書及公證件: just Agreement(協議書) is not enough. You need the final COURT paper. like Order or Decree
After you get your final court paper, you still need two:
a. qualified court translation.
b. legally you have FULL custody (need a lawyer to read and agree that you do have the full custody. not your own understanding)
2。該Count Order在中國對應叫什麽？

3。萬一我辦不出該Order， 有否其它途徑將孩子移民過來？如探親或旅遊簽證，過來再轉身份？或先在加讀書，到18歲時再轉（此時無須對方簽字）？
