還需要再file一份EB1B 140嗎?

現在我的NIW140已經批了,PD 1/2006.
如果我一直等排期,我想怎麽著2011年應該可以拿到綠卡了吧.那是3年.這3年我可以用
EAD工作,AP回國,出差.
所以每年我跟我老公申請EAD和AP的費用:
305*3year*2person=$1830
340*3*2=$2040
total: 1830+2040=$3870

如果我現在申請EB1, 那麽費用將是:
140: $475
如果需要RFE,可能還得找律師,費用先不算.
因為relink有太多的麻煩,再交一份485,
485: 1010*2=$2020
體檢費: 300*2=600
total: 2020+475+600=$3115

從錢上看,好像等排期沒什麽不好的.請問從我算的帳來看,我忽略了什麽嗎?拿綠卡的
好處還有什麽呢?
