是否要renew 我們的AP?

基本情況：EB3, NC pending 13個月，已到排期。

我們去年3月AP 批準，8月全家回國一趟。今年3月AP 將過期。6月中旬老公想回國參加大學畢業N 周年同學聚會，大家幫分析一下，按照MEMO 的精神和目前的形勢，最晚在5月底或6月初我們是否可以拿到綠卡？這樣就不用Renew AP了，實在是不想再花那$305 刀的冤枉錢。謝謝！
