here is our case:
we are July 2nd Filer, 485 pending with AP and EAD in hand, my wife is the primary applicant, she will quit her job in US and go back China to start her new job soon. her new job in china has nothing to do with her current employer. we are hoping to keep the 485 running as far as possible.
here are our questions:
1. does the INS know that she resigned her job? is it still possible to keep our 485 running?
2. is there still a chance for the employer to revoke our approved I140?
3. can we still travel outside US and use AP to return?
4. are we still be able to renew AP and EAD each year?
