H1 premium申請問題？

公司已經file了我的H1申請，可是不給辦加快，準備自己辦加快。I-907表有些問題還不
是很清楚，希望有經驗的人給指點一下。

在part1中
Name of Company Contact---我還是公司負責我h1申請的人？

在part2中，
Form number of related petition or application.
I129的receipt number?

Classification type being requested
H1B ??

Petitioner on the relating case---我？
Beneficiary on the relating case---我還是公司？

另外，我沒有I-797（receipt）copy，會不會影響申請？謝謝！
