If your company is willing to pay you the green card salary after you get 485 approved , you will be fine. your company must provide that they have enough financial ability to pay the gap between your current salary and the green card salary. Remember, everything is based on your future job, not your current job. But you need to make sure that your current salary will not affect your H1B status.
