this is the same case (the Judge put 6 cases together) we talked over and over, but some people just on denial and refuse to take it.

There is another hearing (3rd hearing !) on Feb 27 (Wed), let's see what will come out from the hearing. Even that will not be final if USCIS lose, they will be certainly appeal to Circuit Court.
