請問，我給媽媽申請綠卡11/2006 寄出130
周5 online check說是過了130，昨天收到“Immigrant visa application processing fee bill" $400.
請問： 這是寄件給廣州的費用嗎？是廣州使館通知家人麵試嗎？可我當時填表說要寄給我美國家裏的呀。
我現在需要file 485嗎？
