請教如何連接 EB3 和 EB2 的 Priority Date

首先非常感謝，小白、皮匠和其他經常在這裏為大家答疑的人。

我有一個移民問題，想征求一下大家的意見：

我於07/02/2007遞的I-485，EB-3, PD: 3/20/2005. TSC. 我住在 TSC 的轄區。

而我手裏還有一個I-140, EB-2, PD: 12/20/2006. 這個I-140 我從來沒用過。

我的問題是，假如下個月，EB2 的 VB 到了 4/1/2005, 我怎樣能夠利用我手裏的 EB2的I-140來幫我早日拿到綠卡。請指教具體的步驟和方法。
