But the new memo for NC, EB1 maybe not current in near future. Do you think it is worth to have a try? I mean for my case, I need at least three months to get my petition out. Finally, my EB1 and Eb2 maybe approved at the same time. I am not confident of myself. Someone with weaker background got NIW approved one year earlier than me and someone with same background as me ted EB1b one year ago. I am always one step behind.
