I am qualified for EB1b, but it takes at least 1-2 years to get

I am qualified for EB1b, but even for EB-1 it takes at least 1-2 years to get GC. Maybe by that time my NIW-485 is approved also. I am really sick of asking for reference letters again and begging my boss. But for NIW, when my PD could be current?
