Name check question

I sent a letter to Ms. Bush regarding the status for the FBI name check last October. Yesterday, I receive a letter from FBI. It said " A review of the FBI's Name Check Program database revealed that a request was received for you from USCIS on June 27, 2007. This submission was processed and finalized on December 16, 2007. Our records also show another request was received for your from USCIS on April 19, 2007, and was processed and finalized on February 11, 2008. In each case, the results were fowarded to the USCIS Headquarters, Washington, D.C."

From the above letter from FBI, can I say that my Name Check has been cleared?

My PD is November, 2004 and application is EB-2. Does that mean my GC is close ot be approved? The date for this month is 12/2003. Hopefully, it will progress for another 12 months.
