My case:
EB1b in TSC
I140 5/7/2007 approved
I485 application submitted on 5/16/2007, it has been 9 months aready.
Since the processing timeframe back to April 10, 2007, am I still elibible to benefit from the memo? Thanks in advance for the answering!
