I got some letters for my EB1A case, but I did not use them. Two reasons, one is my NIW processing date is close, another is I think my document was not prepared very well when I submitted it, becasue I do not understand the third factor in NIW. When I got the RFE, I felt very nervous, and I asked some lawyers, they said it should be charged around 2500$. But my friends told me I can do it by myself, becasue my case is very strong. So I try my best to prepare for it. I think the most important is get strong letter, especially from your current boss.

I published eight papers, four of them are in top 10 journals in biological science filed, and most of them are first-author. I got a international award, had 33 citations in 2007, published two papers in 2007, many posters in the international conference meeting in 2007, and some letters from international very famous experts in our fields. I am not show off, and I think there are lots of people are better than me. I am here just want to say, you can do it, we can help. Trust yourself.
