Please Help !!!! H1B extension after 6 years (I 140 pending)

please reply if any idea.

If A's H1 six years ends on Aug 2008, PERM filed 12/2007 and got cetified O1
/2008, i140 file 02/2008 and is pending:

1) is there anyone get 1 year extension with pending I140, approved LC/PERM?

2)bottmline, if have to leave US, could A come back after 1140 gets approved
can work then, (hopefully leave US for few months)

3)if leaving US (maxiumly 365 days),will this affect green card application?
can A continue GC process after come back , (most likely will join the
same company because A may work for the company's china branch when A is in China)

4)is any possible the I140 premium processing is reinstated recently?
