請教xiaobaitu, pijiang 等專家

我2006年七月遞的I-485，2008年二月批的。現在的問題是我想在現公司轉為part-time, 3-6月後在轉回full-time，什麽時候轉為part-time比較好？

我的律師先說我最好再full-time工作一年。但是後來又說，因為我的I-485是在pending 180天後才批的，可以用I-485 Portability， 所以我可以現在就轉為part-time，隻要我的job still "Same or Similar"。　但是我的理解是I-485 Portability適用與I-485還在pending的.我的I-485已經批了，也適用嗎？另外，Portability隻要求the new job is the same or similar to the old job. 有沒有要求full time 呢？
