After using EAD, if you plan to switch back to H1 status, you will need to get H1 stamp from consulates outside US. This will resume your H1 status and ends parole status.

怎麽不同律師說法不一啊。有人說隻要境外激活就行，有人說不行，一旦進入AOS，不能轉回h1b unless you invalid your PR application.公司律師也傾向於後一種說法。

I don't agree with the opinion that unless your PR is void, you can not switch back to H1.
