EAD and H-1 and I 485

請教：
現持H-1B（H-1B六年早已用完，每年申請一次，但是新的延期給了三年，因為I485去年六月遞交後，排期後退）。準備換工作，而且新的公司同意幫助申請H-1B延期。問題：

1. H-1B最初的六年用完，且I485申請遞交後，Am I still eligible for H-1 extension?　如果可以，對於新的H-1工作性質有特殊要求嗎？是否需要和先有的H1有相同/相似性？

2. 如果由於某種原因I485被拒，還可以用手裏的H-1B重新申請綠卡嗎？

3. 如果H-1延期被拒，怎麽辦？
