我I140, 485 pending，F1五月畢業，nonprofit H1B 工作，能否申請OPT？
- You should not apply OPT. If you do and it is approved, you may use it.

如果不申請OPT/EAD, 畢業後進入AOS狀態直到拿到H1B，對嗎？
- You may COS to H-1 w/o being in AOS
