請教pjiang,小白兔關於485狀態

我在網上查了一下485的狀態

我和老公一起在去年7月份遞交的485。lg收到了485收據，他的485網上狀態為“case received and pending”

我的網上狀態顯示“Current Status: Notice Returned as Undeliverable.”
說我的485收據由於郵局的原因被退回，我已經為此事給移民局打過電話，要求再重新寄分485收據。

但是後來就沒有什麽動靜，隻寄給我一封信，說這封信能作為485收據的證據。

但是我的網上狀態仍舊顯示為“Current Status: Notice Returned as Undeliverable.”

請問，我應該怎麽處理？ 這會不會對485申請有什麽影響？
