回複：I went to local office and made another inquiry call today

My 485 (EB2)was filed in March 2004; PD was Feb. 2002.

I have made quite a few inquiries at local office in the past years and was always told that my case was pending on NC. Amazingly, today, the local office told me that I have no pending issues and my name check was completed on March 23, 2006.

Since my hu*****and's name check is still pending (almost 4 yrs now), I called the 800 #### again this afternoon. The first guy had no clue of the memo and only BS me. The second lady was nice and more knowledgeable. Based on her, supposely, USCIS will MAIL decision by March 10 to all those who are eligible for the adjudication based on the 2/4 memo.

By the way, the local office is well aware of the memo and told us that we should expect to get the card soon. He also gave us the TSC fax #, which has been busy 7/24 since 2/12.
