又要妻離子散了，請大家幫忙看看

我現在是用EAD工作，485 pending，是老婆申請的，卡在name check上了。

我辦了advanced parole，剛接到通知我的加拿大公民在3月5號宣誓。

宣誓完以後，根據中國的現行法律，我的中國公民身份自動放棄，我還能用中國護照和advanced parole回美國並用EAD工作嗎？
