請問Michellecat,小白兔等專家關於綠卡上麵錯誤信息

因收到的綠卡上出生日期弄錯,我查看了一下FormI-90 Instructions. 上麵提到: replacing a card that was issued
with incorrect data on account of a USCIS error.(Prepare another form I-90
application.......)是不是要提供兩份I-90 Form?_:o
