and 2 meeting abstracts, 3 chinese papers. No awards, No citations. But he asked chireman in his department to write a letter and stated his position of research associate was permanent. He got 6 reference letters from Japan, Canada, China and USA. One month later after submission, his EB1b 140 was approved.
