I called 800, one guy checked my case, and said

my case is still under background check. I told him my case has been pending 3.5 years and there
is new memo. He said he didn't know that and he insisted on
that cases cannot move forward without a completed background check.Very rude and ignorant.

They guys are really making us crazy. So sad ...
