my bigger one will turn into 21 years old by July 2008. Can I go ahead file I-485 to void age out? What the risk might be if the J-1 waiver still pending with the special situation of NO Objection Letter will be provided from Chinese Embassy since we loss Chinese citizenship. I did submitted NO Objection Letter from Canada Embassy, unfortunately, DOS does not accept it. What my going to do the best for my situation? Any idea or suggestion will be really appreciated :)
