H1延期間離美，新加坡簽H1被拒絕，F1入境美國，

原先的H1延期如果批了還有效嗎？

根據老師的博客，H1的extension 和transfer，如果離美的話，應該申請還是有效的，但是這會不會需要基於再進入美國時，必須仍然持H類簽證入境的呢？

隔壁這位朋友在H1B 延期pending間離美後，在新加坡又簽H1B，被拒，然後持F1入境，這對最早在美國申請的H1B延期的申請會有什麽影響嗎？
