剛才查看NSC的I485 processing time frame 是

July 19, 2007. Does this mean the center has finished processing I485 by July 19, 2009.

And the center will continue processing cases nearer and nearer like July, 20, 21, 30...August 1, 2, 31...Sept.1, 2, 30, ...Oct. 1, 2, 30...

I do not understand this ,so I ask some foolish questions. Thanks for any input.
