Many thanks for this 論壇 and Pjiang, XiaoBaitu, Donkeyroad and sisters and brothers.
I got I-485 approved finally. I do not know if memo effects or just a coincidence.
I learnt a lot and got much support from this forum.
Here is my info:
EB1b (VSC): 140 and 485AD: Sep, 2005
Second PF: March 2007
Letters to FL and FBI and USCIS: 11/2007
AD: Feb 13, 2008

I would like to say thanks to sisters and brothers here.
