If the I-140 is not approved yet, the RFE for I-140 needs to be answered by the sponsor that is no longer existed, or not willing to continue to back you up. How good a chance do you think when RFE is not properly answered? And should the I-140 get denied, the concurrently filed I-485 becomes unapprovable if without another approved (or a pending petition in the categories in which concurrent filing allowed and immigrant visa number available) immigration petition immediately available.
