She is AOS now.
First, apply for H1B, stay in US, wait till H1B approved. Don't care F1 status.
Bring H1 notice, go outside and get a stamp back to US and work.
If she applies for cap-subject H1b, have to start on Oct.
Recommend against using AP for travel at this period.
