WOM Via MEMO

My case is EB2:
PD: 02/2002 now is current.
I485: filed on 01/2005 and pending on NC for three years.
Hired a lawyer to file WOM on Eastern PA two month ago.

On Feb 7th the government lawyer told my lawyer he will file a Motion for Summary Judgment on Feb 19th.

Why? does he know the MEMO? Or my lawyer try to earn more money?

My lawyer told me he will represnt me to fight back means he will response this Motion on Feb 26th.

有排隊的機會我就去排隊，從來就沒有我的好機會。
有比我還命苦的嗎？
