- Since you left current employer before I-140 approval but after I-485 pending 180 days, the approval of I-140 will enable to continue I-485 application, in this case, you don't need new employer to do anything except an employment letter when in need. If your I-140 is denied for any reason (maybe caused by no RFE is received), the new sponsor is a backup.

文章說＂人們都傾向於不主動地向移民局提供任何關於更換雇主的文件，除非是收到了這樣的 RFE＂，如果有140的RFE，是寄給公司吧？如果不主動告訴移民局更換雇主了，是不是會寄給原公司？如果原公司不做回應，140是否會被拒了？

通過H1B transfer和新雇主Sponsor綠卡，是不是移民局肯定會知道更換了雇主？
