Congratulation, You are lucky, Can you tell me what is your PD?

I have similar situation, my daughter I485 returned twice. 1st time because not signed (filed on 8/2007 together with mine, child, so laywer did not pay attention), 2nd time filed on 11/07 but rejected again because not current PD (current PD is 2003, but my PD is 2006), now just filed 3rd time in Jan 08, and waiting, i am worrired it will be rejected again because of PD again. in NSC

I-140 and I-485 were accepted according the old fee schedule eventually. It took about 6 months, across 4 centers,NE, IL, CA, TX. Filed at the end of July, 2007. I-140 rejected once for incorrect fee. Actually, the fee was right. I-485 rejected twice, first time the same wrong reason, 2nd time wrong location. Totally, I went to post office 6 times.
