most of chinese faculties are not nice to the post-doc from mainland china because the guys think they can hire a post-doc easily from our countrty. so we should let them know we could fire them easily,too. there are a lot of better faculties in usa,too.be confident of ourselves. don't shut our mouthes too tight. lean how to complain the guys,and getting along with them,and achieve our goals in usa. get what we want!if they could not help us,try to throw them away. good luck!
