I have a question of answering a H1-B transfer questionnaire sent by the new employer.
My friend is helping me to get green card through his company he owns, currently I have received EAD and AP, my 140 and 485 are still pending (RD is Nov, 1st, 07 for both, PD is current). I am working for company A, lately company B just made an offer to me, they asked me to fill out the H1-B transfer questionnaire, one of questions is to provide your A# for 485 or A# for past OPT if any. My question is if I only provide A# that I have had before during past OPT period, not providing current A# through green card application, would there be any negative affects to my current green card application? I don't want my new employer to know that there is another company out there helping me to get the green card which is my friend's company. Is that okay just providing old A#? (My OPT A# is different from my current green card A#). Thanks a lot for your help.
