problem on relink 485 from EB2 to EB1, please help

Hi, anybody know how to successfully relink pending 485 from EB2 to EB1?

my 485 link to EB2 abd pending for over 180 days due to name check. since
now name check will not be the problem to 485 go ahead been process. I'm
trying to relink it. I made several calls to NSC or National Benifit office.
Seems nobody know how to do it. and even don't know whether this could be
done. I start to worry about this. TSC always no officer available to answer
the call.

My big problem is EB1 approved in TSC. But EB2 and 485 in NSC.

Do I have to refile another 485?
