Since the prevailing wage of GC/LC is for the future employment purpose, it is ok now I have lower salary. but it is important that your employer agree to sign ETA750A for the prevailing wage of GC/LC. my lawyer told him since green card takes long time 3-5 years in Texas, I should get that raise after 3 or 5 years. After serious discussions among those bosses, they agree to give me higher raise every year.
