Xiaobaitu, Pjiang, all friends,Happy New Year! May I ask EB-1b qu

I submitted EB-1b 140 last August but didn't submit I-485. I-140 is pending now. Recently I have an opportunity to work in another department (but in the same university and in the same research field - cancer research). If I submit I-485 after changing department, the employment letter from HR will show the new department name rather than the old one, from where I submitted I-140. I am wondering whether VO will reject my I-140 if VO finds that I have changed the department.

Thanks a lot!
