NIW Approved after REF by NSC today

After a long wait, my I140 NIW case (DIY) got approved today. PD 09/14/06, got REF 11/11/07, Answered REF (DIY) 12/05/07, got update 12/09/07,12/11/07/ 12/17/07. 60 days after REF submission, 1 Call USCIS, 1 inquiry letter to USCIS. Got approval email this morning. This is a big gift on the day of Chinese New Year. Happy New Year to all Chinese folks!

I learned a lot from this forum. Some posters really helped me a lot. Thank you guys!
