First, my 140 has been approved and 485 pending at NSC for about 18 months. For example, if I move from Iowa to Texas to work for a different company, I know that I need to (1) file AR-11, (2) transfer my H-1B, (3) prove to USCIS that I still work in the similar field. Will there be any other complications or issues as I move from NSC's territory to TSC's territory? Do I have to request to transfer my case to TSC, the process that could result in extra time and increase the risk of being lost or mishandled? Thanks a million.
Any complications if I move to a different Center's territory?
