本不該發生的事,前3次交I-129 7年延期都被退回,理由是A VALID LABOR CONDITION APPLICATION WAS NOT SUBMITTED WITH YOUR FILING. 前3次在NOTICE OF ACTION上沒有寫"(ETA9035)"字樣.我打電話到USCIS和DEPARTMENT OF LABOR 詢問, 由公司OWNER跟勞工部談,我在旁聽,按勞工部一女人的指示補交了LABOR CERTIFICATION(ETA750), 9月初收到第四次交的收件收據. 12月18日收到補件的NOTICE OF ACTION, 要求補9月交件前批準的 LABOR CONDITION APPLICATTION (ETA9035). 12月26日ONLINE 申請獲批,特快補寄.LUD 顯示一月2日收到待處理. 一月25日網顯DENIAL SENT.

給了個上訴選擇(I-290B)$585.00.
谘詢LAWYER,上訴必敗,不如重交,
老板要我自掏腰包,$3200.00.左右含$1,100.00+150.00錄師費. 理由是我造成的.
我提出重交I129按現在日期與I290B同交APPEAL, 以改過錯誤,爭取時間,也許能贏也未可知.H1B EXPIRED NOV.1,2007 6年.485未交.
我覺的很冤,想換一家公司或返大陸混口飯.

問題是,我如換公司,是否有辦法接上我的勞工排期2003,10月.?
如接不上,是否完全要重頭開使?
